Enquire About Morning SessionsA PRIVATE SPACE FOR YOUR PUPILS
Your chosen gaming room—or both rooms—can be reserved privately, without unrelated public visitors. We’ll plan the morning around your pupils, their interests and the support that helps them participate comfortably.
WHY SCHOOLS CHOOSE THE GAMING SUITE
One or both gaming rooms can be reserved exclusively for your school or SEND group during weekday mornings.
Choose from 10 gaming PCs and 9 PS5 and Xbox Series X stations, with games selected around pupils’ ages, interests and your visit aims.
Shared gaming can support communication, teamwork, confidence and relaxed social interaction in an engaging setting.
A local school already uses The Gaming Suite for regular afternoon sessions. We’re now welcoming enquiries for weekday mornings.
PLANNING YOUR MORNING VISIT
Every group is different. Tell us about your pupils, the outcomes you hope to support and any accessibility, sensory or individual requirements, and we’ll give clear, honest guidance. A separate breakout room may also be requested as a quiet or refreshment space at no extra charge, subject to availability. Food and drink are not permitted inside the gaming suites.
